Frequent questions
Short answers to the questions that decide an order from a seller you have not met yet.
Pick the reference, then the finish or option you want, and add the quantity to the cart. Enter your name, wilaya, commune and phone number. A six-digit code arrives by SMS to confirm the number, and the order is recorded. There is no online payment: you pay the courier when the parcel is handed over.
No. A phone number is enough to order. An account is useful if you order often, as a shop that restocks does: it keeps your orders, addresses and loyalty, and it opens with the same number, no password. Tracking stays available with the order number you receive by SMS.
Yes. Every product page shows a WhatsApp button where the store has published its contact number: it opens a conversation with the reference and quantity already written. The order is recorded like any other, with the same order number, the same confirmation call and the same delivery. Reply hours are on the contact page.
After every order we call to confirm the reference, the address and, on customisable products, the logo to print. That call is what stops a parcel coming back. The number we call from is in the confirmation SMS, and dispatch leaves the working day after the call. If you miss the call, write to us from the contact page: the order waits.
As long as the parcel has not been handed to the carrier, yes: call us or write from the contact page with your order number. Once the parcel has shipped, the order runs its course and only a return remains possible — under the return policy, and excluding goods printed with your logo.
In cash, to the courier, when the parcel is handed to you. It is the only payment method: no online payment, no bank transfer, no CCP, no deposit. Nobody will ever ask you to pay before delivery — if someone does in our name, it is not us.
Yes. Prices are all-inclusive, in dinars, with no hidden fees. The total to prepare is shown in the cart, at checkout, in the SMS and on the tracking page: the price of the goods plus delivery (400 DA in Algiers, 600 DA elsewhere, free from 7,500 DA).
Yes. Every amount is a multiple of 50 DA, and the courier does not give change below 50 DA. The exact figure is in the confirmation SMS and on the tracking page, so you can have it ready before the courier arrives.
Yes. A receipt (order slip) travels with the parcel, and it stays downloadable from the tracking page. It lists the items, quantities, delivery and the total payable in cash. The document issued is a receipt, not a tax invoice.
Yes. You may open and check the parcel in front of the courier, before paying. Count the pieces, check the references, the finish and the printing. If the contents are damaged or do not match the order, refuse it there and then: nothing is owed.
Refuse it at the courier: the parcel goes back and nothing is billed to you. If you accepted it, open a return from your order page within 7 days; an item that arrives damaged or does not match the order is collected at our expense. A photo helps, but a clear description is enough.
Tell the courier when the parcel is handed over, or open a return from the order page within 7 days. Returns are line by line: you keep what is correct and we take back the rest, at our expense when the mistake is ours. Send us a photo by message with your order number — faster than a form.
Delivery is 400 DA in Algiers and 600 DA in the rest of the country, whatever the weight of the parcel. It is free from 7,500 DA of goods. The exact figure appears in the cart and at checkout, with the total.
Allow 2 to 5 working days after the confirmation call, depending on the wilaya: the estimated date shows on the product page as soon as you pick your wilaya, then after you order and on the tracking page. Friday and Saturday are not working days, and public holidays shift everything by as much. The far-south wilayas take a few days longer.
Yes, to your door across all 69 wilayas. We do not offer agency pickup: delivery goes to the address you give, and your commune is chosen from the list of communes served — which is what avoids parcels lost to an approximate address.
Your parcel is delivered to your door by our delivery partner, and the courier calls before coming. They may introduce themselves under their own delivery company's name: it is still your Milsaqa parcel, and your order number is the reference to give them. If you are out, they can try again or hand the parcel to someone trusted at the address you gave. Tell us in advance if your hours are unusual: we note it on the parcel. A parcel left unanswered comes back, and that is a loss for everyone.
The order number arrives by SMS; it starts with MSQ and opens the tracking page. There you find the parcel's stage, the estimated date and the exact amount to prepare. Without the SMS, the tracking page also accepts a typed order number. If tracking stops moving, write to us: we ask our delivery partner on your behalf.
We import along the Dubai corridor — Dragon Mart and Naif — in small quantities. Every page states the provenance and the material we can document. A page names a brand only where sourcing confirms it; otherwise the product carries our own selection.
The finish is the first criterion: kraft, matte white, gloss, vinyl, gold or wax decide the look and the feel. Every page shows the finish, the format, the quantity and the printing method, with the volume price per tier. Every finish we offer has its own image — we never show one finish in place of another. Until an item has been photographed here, its image is a presentation rendering of the product as the page describes it, and the page says so.
Customisable references ship with a standard design included: « MERCI · شكراً » under the die-cut rule, with no brand name at all — neither yours nor ours. We call to confirm the order and take your logo at that moment, then the product goes to print, which is done in Algeria. A logo never holds a parcel: with no logo sent, the standard design ships as it is.
A clean file is enough: PNG, JPG or PDF at good resolution, on a light background where possible. Send it by message or email at the confirmation call, with your order number. If your logo is not ready, say so during the call: we shift the printing, not the order.
The pages name the exact material: kraft paper, gloss BOPP film, matte white vinyl, thermal paper, sealing wax. We describe what a product is and how it is stored; we promise no certification, no approval and no guaranteed result.
Away from light and heat, in the original packaging. Thermal paper dislikes heat and rubbing: keep the rolls closed until printing. Close the ink pad after use and store sealing wax somewhere dry. Photo gear goes back under its cover, away from dust.
On a change of mind, you have 7 days after delivery to request a return. After that the form closes: write to us and the request is examined case by case. An unopened, complete item in its original packaging is accepted; goods printed with your logo are not, because they are made for you. A faulty item, or one that is not what you ordered, is always taken back at our cost, and the legal warranty on appliances, instruments and tools is claimed by writing to us for as long as it runs.
From your order page, choose the items concerned and confirm the request with the code you receive by SMS. Without the link, write to us from the contact page with your order number. An accepted request gets a courier visit to collect the item.
When the problem is ours — faulty goods, goods that are not what you ordered, damaged, wrong or missing — the return is at our expense. On a simple change of mind, transport is at your cost, and we give you the shipping address before you send anything.
Because they are made in your brand: once printed, they cannot go back on sale. That is why the logo is taken only after the confirmation call, and why the standard design ships when you send nothing. A printing fault that is ours is still collected at our expense.
There is no online payment in this system, so a refund is not a card reversal. As agreed, it is made by CCP transfer or as store credit usable on the site. Allow a few working days; Friday and Saturday do not count.
Yes. Any item that is faulty or not what you ordered is taken back at our cost if you tell us shortly after delivery, and appliances, instruments and tools also carry the legal warranty, whose length is shown on each product page. The details are in our return policy.
Only people who received their order can leave a review, from their account. Every review is read before it is published, to remove what is off-topic or abusive, never to remove criticism. Reviews appear on a product page once it has enough of them.
Because it identifies the order and it is how the courier reaches you. It carries the verification code, the confirmation call before dispatch, and order tracking. We do not use it for advertising you did not ask for.
A six-digit code sent by SMS when you order. It confirms the number is really yours, and it is what stops an order placed with someone else’s number. The code is valid for thirty minutes; if it expires, ask for a new one. Nobody from our side will ever ask you for this code by phone.
We keep what is needed to process and deliver the order, and nothing more. The detail — what is collected, why, for how long and who it may be shared with (the carrier, the SMS service, email) — is on the Privacy page. You can ask for access, correction or deletion from the contact page.
Yes, from the Account section or by writing to us. Deletion erases your identity data and your addresses; the financial history of orders is kept as an accounting archive. Nothing else is asked of you.
Yes, some references have volume tiers shown on the page and applied automatically in the cart: the more pieces you take, the lower the unit price. The tiers and the discounts are round amounts, on the 50 DA grid.
Yes. An account kept on your number holds your past orders: you reopen one and put the same references back in the cart at once. For a regular restock, write to us: we will tell you whether a volume tier applies.
