Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on the Milsaqa site. By confirming an order, you accept them as published on that date.

The shop is run under the name Milsaqa.

The legal-identity mentions (business name, registre de commerce, NIF, NIS, tax article) will be published once they are issued: the shop’s owner completes them before opening, and no identifier is shown before it is real. Every order comes with a receipt (order slip); the shop does not issue an invoice.

An order requires a phone number verified by a one-time code. After the order, a confirmation call validates the address, the contents and the amount; the order ships only after that call.

The information shown at confirmation (items, quantities, finish, prices, delivery fees) forms the contractual summary of the order. If a finish is in doubt, ask before ordering.

Prices are shown in Algerian dinars, all taxes included, with no separate tax line. The amount payable is the one in the summary at confirmation.

Payment is in cash, on receipt of the parcel, to the courier. No payment in advance is asked for, neither online nor by transfer. Prepare the exact amount: the courier carries no change below 50 DA.

Delivery is free from 7,500 DA of goods.

Parcels are handed to our delivery partner and delivered to the door in the wilayas covered. Timings vary by wilaya; they are shown when you order and re-estimated according to the carrier’s network.

• 69 wilayas covered, home delivery only.
• Delivery fees: 400 DA in Algiers, 600 DA elsewhere.
• You may open and check the parcel before paying; if it does not match, you may refuse it at the courier.

A standard-design item may be returned on a change of mind within 7 days of delivery, on the conditions of our return policy; this is a commercial commitment, in addition to your legal rights.

Any faulty item, or one that is not what you ordered, including a product printed with your logo, is taken back at our cost if you tell us within four (4) working days of delivery (Law no. 18-05 on e-commerce, article 23).

Appliances, instruments and tools also carry the legal warranty, whose length is shown on each product’s page (Law no. 09-03 on consumer protection and fraud prevention, article 13; Executive Decree no. 13-327). The three regimes are set out in the return policy, which is part of these terms.

You can cancel an order before it ships, at no cost, during the confirmation call or through the contact page. Once the parcel is with the courier, only a return applies.

We are responsible for the products matching the order summary and for their safe carriage until handover. The carrier’s timings depend on its network; if a parcel is late we follow it with you and keep you informed.

These terms are governed by Algerian law. If something goes wrong, talk to us first: the contact page is the shortest path to a solution.

These terms may change; the version that applies is the one published on the date of your order.
