What Milsaqa collects, why, where it travels and how long it is kept.
Updated: 12 September 2026
Who processes your data
The Milsaqa shop is run by its owner, reachable through the lines published on the contact page.
The legal-identity mentions (business name, registre de commerce, NIF, NIS, tax article) will be published once they are issued; no identifier is shown before it is real. This policy describes the shop’s personal-data processing and applies to anyone who visits the site, orders, tracks an order or writes to customer service.
Hosting: in Algeria.
What we collect
Only what an order, a delivery or a reply requires:
- Your phone number, verified by a one-time code (OTP) before any order.
- The name, wilaya, commune and delivery address you enter when ordering.
- Your email address, when you leave it for a receipt, tracking or a reply.
- The history of your orders and returns, and the messages you send us.
- The technical data strictly needed to keep the service secure: request origin, timestamps, audit logs.
Why we process it
To carry out your order: verify the number, confirm by phone, hand the parcel to the courier, collect payment on delivery and tell you about each step.
To answer your messages, handle returns and prevent fraud, including repeated refusals. We never sell or rent any personal data.
The number and the OTP code
Your phone number is the key to your order: it receives the verification code, the confirmation call and the delivery news. The code is single-use, valid for thirty minutes, and its sending is rate-limited per number, per network address and per day.
An unverified number cannot place an order. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time through the contact page.
Who it is shared with
With the delivery company that carries the parcel and collects payment on delivery, with the name, number and address the round needs. The list of our delivery partners is available on request.
With the messaging and email providers that deliver verification codes and order news. The SMS provider is Algerian. No other recipient; no sale of data.
The site is fully hosted in Algeria: the site and your data (orders, account) are stored on servers located in Algeria.
How long it is kept
The durations below are the ones the shop applies; they are not indicative:
- Orders, order lines and status history: kept as accounting records, with no automatic purge.
- Abandoned carts: 6 months after the last activity.
- Form messages: 12 months after they are handled.
- Back-in-stock alerts: single-use, expiring after 90 days.
- OTP codes and security counters: held in cache only, with automatic expiry.
- Admin audit logs: 2 years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data that concerns you, and withdraw your consent to campaigns at any time through the unsubscribe link in any email.
Algerian Law 18-07 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data governs this processing. Every request goes through the contact page; we answer as promptly as we can.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses your browser’s local storage for the cart, favourites and language — data that stays on your device.
Analytics and advertising tools (Meta, TikTok, Google) are on by default; the banner tells you so and lets you refuse them, and they then stay off, your order included. Necessary technical cookies (session, cart, language, verified number) remain required for the site to work.
Changes
This policy may be updated; the date at the top of the page is that of the latest version. A significant change is announced on the site.

The legal-identity mentions and the display obligations are completed and checked by the shop’s owner before opening; none of them is invented here.
